1) Add all the filling ingredients into a bowl and
stir together until well mixed. Line a square
baking dish with parchment paper and fill the dish,
smoothing out the top with a spoon. Pop into the
freezer and chill for 30 minutes.
2) Just before granola is ready, melt the chocolate
and coconut oil until mixed and melted. Remove
granola from freezer and drizzle the top with
chocolate. The cold granola will harden the
chocolate.
3) Cut the granola down the middle, and then into
twelve bars. Once cut, put granola bars back into
the freezer until you want to eat them!
