a. 2/3 cup warm (110 degrees) water
a. 1 teaspoon dry active yeast
a. 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
b. 1/2 teaspoon salt
b. 2 and 3/4 teaspoon olive oil
b. 1 and 1/2 cups flour
c. 2 tablespoon olive oil
c. 2 cloves garlic chopped
c. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
c. 4 sliced roma tomatoes
d. 1/2 cup sliced mozarella cheese
d. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
d. 1/4 cup shredded cheese
d. 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
d. 5 shredded basil leaves
d. pepper to taste

Dissolve the A ingredients and let it sit for 10 minutes. Mix in the B ingredients. Knead dough and add more flour until it is no longer sticky. Oil a bowl and place dough ball into bowl. Cover with towel and let sit for about an hour.
Mix the C ingredients and allow to marinate at least an hour. Brush juice onto pizza crust and place tomatoes on top. Pour the remainder of the marinade over the pizza crust (or at least enough to get the garlic out of the bowl).
Sprinkle the D mixture on top of the pizza. Bake in 425 oven for 15-20 minutes
