Mix together the can of pineapple and the dry instant pudding mix. do not drain the pineapple. after this ha been well mixed to dissolve the powder fold in the cool whip. Refrigerate till well set.
Split the cake in 2 layers and put pudding in between layers. I find this messy so leave I it deconstructed. Serve with berries of your choice. Is lovely light dessert.
