Approximately 1 cup of cheddar (or mixed Mexican cheeses)
1 can of crushed tomatoes with herbs and garlic
1/2 a small bag of Pepperoni (pre-cut)
Salt and Pepper and a handful of black olives (optional)
A small handful of flour
Instructions
Take out pizza from fridge, 20 minutes prior to prepping. Sprinkle some floor on a flat surface and roll out pizza dough until big enough for pizza pan.
Add canned tomato and spread evenly in a thin layer. Sprinkle salt, pepper and cheese (in order). Add pepperoni in thin slices. (Add olives).
Place in oven on 375 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold!
