Sprinkle flour on flat surface. Stretch out and roll pizza dough until large enough for a pizza pan.
Separately, put 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan (on medium). Fry up crushed garlic. Add Sour Cream, Pesto and Chicken Bouillon.
Meanwhile chop up Chicken Breast and cook over a medium-high pan with olive oil and spices (Italian Seasoning, Salt & Pepper).
Place pizza dough on pizza pan. Add creamy sauce (sour cream, pesto, etc.)--spread out evenly on pizza dough. Add chopped chicken and olives (optional). Cover pizza with Mozzarella and cook for 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees.
Serve with a side salad (made of lettuce, tomatoes, fresh bazil and ruccola).
