     Salmon Dip

Ingredients
4 pre-packaged frozen skinned Salmon (from Costco)
1 small handful of chopped fresh cilantro
1 box of cream cheese (or 1 cup of Sour Cream)
Pepper
 

Instructions
Boil water on stove and cook Salmon pieces. When cooked, drained and put in a bowl. Mash Salmon until soft, tender and broken up into tiny pieces.
Add Cream Cheese and mix well. Add cilantro and pepper and mix until well blended.
Serve hot over toasted bread. Serve cold (refrigerate for 1/2 hour) with pita chips.
