Basic Dill Pickles

Ingredients

	3 lbs. pickling cucumbers
	2 cups water
	2 cups white vinegar
	2 tablespoons pickling salt
	4 teaspoons dill seeds or 4 dill heads
	4 cloves of garlic


Instructions


boil wet ingredients - salt


1 teaspoon of dill and 1 clove per pint


pack jars and then add boiling brine, leave 1/4 inchheadscpace


water bath method for 10 minutes
