     Coffee Cake

Ingredients
3/4 c flour
1/2 ts salt
1 ts baking powder
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c milk
1 egg yolk beaten
1/4 ts vanilla
1 tbls melted butter
 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 ts cinnamon
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 tbls flour
1 tbls melted butter
Instructions
Sift first four ingredients
Combine last four ingredients. Stir lightly into dry ingredients, fold in beaten egg whites. Spread 1/2 of mixture into greased pan & sprinkle with 1/2 of filling. Cover with remaining dough & top with rest of filling
Filling: Blend well, sugar, cinnamon, & flour. Add nuts & stir in butter.
