3 c chopped onion, sauted
3 cans [15oz] veg-all, with liquid
28oz broth
20 oz great northern beans
1 can [14-16oz] tom. pieces
1/2 pkg frozen spinach [I often use the whole bag]
1 Tbl tom. paste [I freeze the leftover]
1/4 teas garlic powder
2 Tbl chopped parsley
1 Tbl salt
1/4 teas pepper
1/2 teas basil
1 cup broken pasta
1 can garbanzos
1/2 pint milk or creamer

Combine all ingredients except last 3.
Cover & cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Process 1/2 [I use a hand blender].
Add 1 cup broken spaghetti [or other pasta] & cook til pasta is done. Add garbanzos and 1/2 pint milk.
Serving Suggestions
Add garbanzos and 1/2 pint milk.
