Homemade ice cream without the machine
800 gr fruit of your choice (I used strawberries)
395gr condensed milk
400ml whipped cream (Hopla)
Blend fruit then add the condensed milk and blend
until its thick. Whip the cream until thick in
another bowl. Then pour in the fruit saucein.
Whisk slowly with a manual whisker. Pour the
mixture in a bowl and freeze. After an hour in the
freezer bring it out and mix the mixture by hand
to break the ice. Repeat for 2 times and leave it
to chill in the freezer. Serve and enjoy.
