     Grandma's Chili

Ingredients
1 lb Chop meat
1 can Red Kidney Beans
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
31/2 cups (1 large can) Tomato Sauce
11/2 tsp Salt
Dash Paprika
Cyan pepper - to taste
3 whole Cloves
 
1 whole Bay leaf
1 - 2 tbl Chili powder
Optional Clove of Garlic

Instructions
Instructions 1. Brown and drain the meat. Add the onions and peppers and saute til soft. 2. Add Tomato sauce & Seasoning. Stir & Simmer for 2 hours. Keep tasting and add Chili powder as needed to taste. 3. Add undrained beans before serving. 4. Remove cloves and bay leaf before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with chips and shredded chedder cheese or over noodles
