SAUCE...
- melt butter in saucepan over medium-low heat
- add the garlic, cream, and pepper and bring to a simmer turn
down heat if it reaches a boil
-stir constantly

NOODLES...
- while sauce cooks, cook the noodles.
|

|
Pour the sauce over the noodles when done, and add fresh
Parmesan and parsley.
NOTE- I've found that doubling the recipe for the sauce makes
it usable for seconds. If not doubled and serving four, be
careful of using too much. It may run out.

You may add chicken to your noodles to give it more substance and flavor.
To do this boil/grill 1-3 (depending on how many you are feeding) until cooked
thoroughly. Cut up the chicken to the size of your choice. Put on top, or set aside as a
topping.
