     ITALIAN MEATBALLS

Ingredients
11/2 lbs.ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/8 tsp. minced dried onion
1/8 tsp. minced dried garlic
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese with Romano
 
2 Tbsps. chopped fresh Italian flat leaf parsley
1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. minced dried garlic
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. each black pepper and cayenne pepper

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combined Meatball ingredients until well mixed.
Form into 50-60 Meatballs and put in lightly greased 9x13 baking pan.
Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until Meatballs are cooked through. (cut into one to test.)
Serving Suggestions
6 -8 Meatballs.
