     S'mores Cookie Cups

sticks (1/2 lb.) unsalted butter, softened 3/4 cups sugar 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 large egg yolks 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour In large bowl of a standing electric mixer beat together butter, sugar, and salt until light and fluffy. Beat in yolks, 1 at a time, and vanilla and beat until smooth. Beat in flour gradually, beating dough until just combined. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Roll pastry and cut rounds to fit muffin tins. Filling- 1/2 cup nutella 1 cup mini marshmallows plain mini chocolate bars
Instructions Roll cookie dough on a floured surface. Cut 3 inch rounds and place in a greased mini muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes. As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, press in the centers gently. Let the cookies cool in the pan for 3-4 minutes. Use a knife to gently lift them out of the tin. Cool completely on a wire rack. Fill the centers with the 1/2 tsp. nutella chocolate spread. Top each cookie cup with 4 small marshmallows. Broil on High for 30-45 seconds. Be careful they do not burn. Remove from the oven and top with a chocolate square. Makes 24 cookie cups.
