1. In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp
vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 350. In a large saucepan, melt butter and
chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
3. Beat remaining eggs and blend with the chocolate. Add
remaining sugar and vanilla and mix well.
Gradually stir in flour. Fold in crushed cookies. Spread evenly in
greased 13x9 baking pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over
chocolate mixture. Take a knife and lightly cut through mixtures to
create a marbled effect.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides
of pan and center is set. Cool completely and cut into 2 inch
squares.
