In a large pan or 5 qt. dutch oven, melt the butter. Add the peanut
butter and sugar and mix well.
Remove from heat and add the rice kris pies.
Roll into balls.
Melt one package of chocolate chips and 1/4 cake of wax. Roll
balls in chocolate mixture.
Set on wax paper to set.
Store in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
