Combine beef, egg, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup milk, onion, parsley, salt, allspice, & pepper. Shape into 1 1/4 in. meatballs (about 30) and arrange in a 12 x 8 dish. Cook at medium high in microwave for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes.
Push meatballs to one side of dish, blend soup & remaining milk; combine with meatballs. Cook, covered with plastic wrap at medium high 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.

Serve over buttered noodles, sprinkled with additional parsely.
