     Fried Chicken

Ingredients
4 lbs of chicken legs
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of shake and bake
3 cups of vinegar
2 lemons, squeezed
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 cup olive oil
6 sprigs of rosemary
 
1 tbs of Adobo seasoning powder
1 tbs of Maggie
1 tbs hot sauce
1 tsp of black pepper

Instructions
Wash the chicken with lemon juice and vinegar. Rinse with cold water; pat dry. Combine seasonings to chicken with 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Sprinkle lemon juice and lemon zest over the chicken. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the seasoned chicken to the pot, and let cook for 45 minutes. Using a bowl, combine flour and shake and bake. Dip, coat, then fry the chicken in a hot fryer or skillet with oil. Turn occasionally until evenly browned.
