Put wet ingredients first in bread machine bowl, followed by the dry ingredients and process on the dough cycle. When dough cycle is complete, take out dough and roll into rectangle on lightly floured board. Spread filling on dough and roll length wise into a roll. Slice into 1 inch pieces and place into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Let rise until doubled. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden. Immediately pour glaze on coffee cake and sprinkle with ¼ cup toasted coconut.
