5 ripe Haas avocadoes
|
|
6 T. cilantro
|
|
1 medium red onion, diced
|
|
4 jalapenos, stemmed, seeded and finely diced
|

3 T. freshly squeezed lime juice

1 1/2 tsp. salt
|
|
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cut avocados into quarters. Remove pits, peel and place in mixing bowl. Mash with potato masher or fork until chunky.
|

Add remaining ingredients and combine with a fork.
|
|
|
Mound on bed of lettuce and garnish with sliced tomatoes and cracked black pepper.
|
|
|
Serve with warm corn tortillas.
|
