     Cinnamon Apple Cranberry Bread

1 Cup Sugar
11/2 Cup all-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Large Eggs - Beaten
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped, peeled apples
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries (or raisins)
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Blend well. In a separate bowl combine the eggs, vegetable oil,and vanilla until well blended. our the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine until well blended. Add apples and walnuts and blend until mixed in. Grease a 9X5 inch loaf pan. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool, slice and enjoy
