     Goulash

Ingredients
1 lb hamburger
1 small onion
2 cans diced tomatoes (1can be RoTel )Adds warmth
1 T sugar
1 teaspoon Itallian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 1/2 - 2 cups macaroni or Penna (uncooked)
Green Chilies (if you don't use RoTel)
 

Instructions
Boil- Macaroni or Penne until tender and drain. I add a little butter so it doesn't stick together. Meanwhile-
Brown- Hamburger and onion until done. Drain off fat.
Add- tomatoes, RoTel, seasonings and sugar. Then, add the macaroni and mix it all together. Sometimes I add water because not enough liquid. Maybe add more tomatoes or tomato juice if needed.
Cook- until blended good. Eat and Enjoy!! I love you little brother!!!!
Serving Suggestions
Serve with parmeasian cheese and garlic bread.
