6 fresh carrots cut diagonally
salt and pepper
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs butter
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Slice carrots and toss in melted butter, salt, pepper, and oil. Place in a greased pan and cook for 15 minutes.
