Ingredients
2- 8oz cans of artichoke (non-marinated)
1 cup mayonnaise
3-4 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
2- 4oz can jalapeños (hot, mild, or medium)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain artichokes. Dice or shred artichokes. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, jalapeños and artichokes. Bakes for 35-40 minutes.
