     Easy Chicken Rendang

Ingredients
1 Whole chicken, chopped
2 large onions blend
4 cloves garlic blend
3 serai blend
2 inch ginger blend
1 inch gallanghal blend
1 inch tumeric blend
chopped tumeric leaves
2 coconut milk
 
2 tbl spoon kerisik
1 cup of blended chillies (20 live chilliest and some dried chillies)

Instructions
Blend items with chilli. Heat up generous oil and fry everything for at least 10 minutes. Always stir. 2teaspn salt. 1tblspn sugar.
Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Always stir. Add coconut milk and kerisik. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir regularly.
Add finely chopped leaves. Cook until desired thickness.
