     Sweet Potato Pecan Casserole

Ingredients
1 Large Can of Seet Potato - Drained (2 cups)
1 Can of Carnation Condensed Milk
3 Whole Eggs
1 Cup of Sugar
1/2 tsp. of Cinnamon
1 Stick of Soft Butter
 
Topping
1/2 Cup of Light Brown Sugar
1/2- Cup of Chopped Pecans
1 Stick of Butter
2 Tbs. of Flour

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Mix top 6 ingredients together and pour into a Pyrex dish. Melt butter over low heat and mix in the 2 Tbs. of Flour until dissolved. Mix in the borwn sugar until dissoveld and then the pecans -- pour over pyrex and bake for 74 minutes.
