In small bowl, beat 2 eggs.
In another bowl, place crushed goldfish.
Pound out chicken breast to approximately 1/2 thick for even cooking.
Dip chicken into eggs, then into goldfish, place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until juices run clear.
