Ingredients
1/2 t BP
1/2 t BS
1/4 t salt
1/8 t xanthan gum
3/8 c butter
3/8 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 t vx
 
1 c chocolate chips
1 1/8 c GF flour mix no. 2
Instructions
Creaming method. Bake at 375 until lightly brown. Do not over bake.
