1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar
and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 13
x 9 inch pan. 2. Beat Cream cheese with sugar and
2 Tbsp. of cold milk until smooth, fold in 1/2 the
whipped topping and then spread over crust. 3.
Using 3 1/2 cups of cold milk, prepare pudding as
directed on package. Pour over cream cheese layer,
chill several hours or over night. 4. Spread
remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish
with grated chocolate or chopped nuts, if tesired
