     Daikon with Chicken

Ingredients
1 medium daikon radish
2 boneless chicken legs with thigh (I use a chicken breast from a roasted chicken)
1/2 t. Chili flakes
1 T. Oil
1 crushed garlic clove
1 t. Sesame oil
Sauce-
2 cups chicken broth
3 T. Soy sauce
 
2 T. Sake
1 T. Sugar
1/4 t. Mirin
Pepper

Instructions
Peel and cut daikon into 1/2 inch chunks. Cut chicken into 1/2 to 1 inch pieces. Heat oil. Add daikon and chicken and sauté over high heat. Stir in crushed garlic and chili pepper flakes. Add all the ingredients for the cooking sauce. Cook over medium heat,nconstantly skimming the surface. When the sauce has nearly evaporated, sprinkle sesame oil.
