     Basic Garlic Aioli

Ingredients
4-5 large garlic cloves, chopped
1 egg
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 turns black pepper mill
1/2 cup olive oil
 

Instructions
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a food processor. Gently pulse while drizzling in oil until this thickens into a paste of sorts.
Serving Suggestions
Use on sea food, steaks or vegetables as a sauce
