     Double Meat Pizzas

Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 can (12 oz) Pillsbury Golden Layers refrigerated flaky biscuits
2/3 cup pizza sauce
1/4 to 1/2 t dried oregano leaves
1 pkg (3 1/2oz) sliced pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4oz)
2 T grated Parmesan Cheese
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400F. Lighly grease 2 cookie sheets. In 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 mins, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits. On cookie sheets, press or roll each biscuit to 5-inch round, forming 1/4 rim around outside edge. Spread about 1T pizza sauce just to rim of each biscuit; sprinkle with oregano. Top with pepperoni, cooked ground beed and cheese.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
