1/2 c chopped onion

1 pkg Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix
|

1 (15.5oz) can pinto beans, drained

1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
|

1/8 t peper, if desired
|

6 cups shredded lettuce
|
|
1 cups corn chips
|
|
|

2 med tomatoes, chopped
|
|
6oz (1 1/2 cups) shredded American or Cheddar Cheese
|
|
3/4 cup Old El Paso Thick 'n Chunkey Salsa
|
|
Sour Cream
|

|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
|

Spray 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Combine beef mixture and all remaining meat sauce ingredients in sprayed slow cooker; mix well.
|
|
|
Cover, cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours
|
|
|
To serve, place lettuce and corn chips on individual plates. Top each with meat sauce, tomates, cheese, salsa and sour cream
|
