Heat the EVOO in a saucepan over medium heat. Add whole
wheat flour and mix in for about 1 minute. Stir in the remainder
of the seasonings. It will be a bit pasty. Add the chicken broth
slowly, whisking in to assimilate all ingredients. Reduce heat
and simmer for about 15 minutes until it thickens.
