In 2-3 baking pans, arrange the chicken pieces in one layer.
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup of brown sugar. pour over
chicken so that the apricots, olives, and capers are evenly
distributed.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle remaining brown sugar over the chicken and bake
uncovered for about one hour, basting often.
