Crumble Ramen Noodles into serving bowl, tossing with flavored seasoning. (This can be kept in a zip bag for travel.)
Add cabbage, green onions, almonds, sesame seeds, cilantro. (This can be kept separate in a cooler for travel, to be added later.)
Combine sugar, salt, oil, vinegar in jar with lid. Shake until well mixed. (This can be kept separate until ready to mix.)
Pour sugar mixture over cabbage mixture just before serving. Toss to coat. (Note- All of these steps can be kept separate for travel to a picnic or gathering and assembled upon arrival.)
