     Boudain Dip

Ingredients
1 pkg. boudain, 2 links of your choice
1 8 oz. container sour cream
green onion tops, chopped
Tony Cachere's Cajun Seasoning, to taste
 

Instructions
Heat boudain in microwave as directed on package.
Remove casing from boudain and discard. Mix remaining ingredients with boudain well, adding Cajun seasoning to taste.
Jalapeno Boudain is best. If it is not available, add chopped jalapeno peppers, to taste.
Serving Suggestions
Boudain dip may be served chilled or warm, and may be eaten with chips or crackers.
