Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Peel and cut potatoes into large chunks.
Put potatoes, Lipton mix, and oil to large Ziploc bag and hake well.
Empty bag into aluminum foil covered banking pan.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
