DRAIN AND RESERVE LIQUID AND STRAWBERRIES SEPATATELY.
PREHET OVEN TO 425F.
COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING SODA, NUTMEG AND SALT. SET ASIDE.
MIX EGGS, BUTTER, VANILLA, REMAINING SUGAR AND LIQUID FROM STRAWBERRIES IN A MED. BOWL.
ADD FLOUR MIXTURE, STIRRING UNTIL COMBINED.
FOLD IN REMAINING STRAWBERRIES, SPOON INTO 12 MUFFIN CUPS.
BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES.
