     Tex-Mex Meatloaf

Ingredients
1.5 lb extra lean (at least 90%) ground beef
10 oz diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1/4 cup fat free egg product
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salsa, if desired
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 375. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except salsa. Spoon mixture into 11x7 inch glass baking dish. Pat into 9x5 inch loaf.
Bake uncovered about 1 hour. Drain any liquid before slicing. Serve with salsa.
