     Shrimp Tortellini Pasta Toss

Ingredients
9 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 cup frozen peas
1 lb uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
 

Instructions
Cook tortellini according to package directions, adding the peas during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
In a large nonstick skillet, saute shrimp in 2 tbsp oil for 2 minutes. Add garlic. Cook 1-2 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink
Drain tortellini mixture. Add to skillet. Stir in salt, thyme, pepper, and remaining oil. Toss to coat.
