1/4 cup drained sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
13.25 oz whole grain spaghetti
1 jar spicy marinara pasta sauce
1 lb large raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
1.5 cups loosely packed basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
Heat large saucepot of salted water to boiling.
Meanwhile, heat 12 inch skillet on medium until hot. Add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Cook until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute. Add sauce to skillet.
Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook as label directs. Stir in shrimp to sauce mixture. Cook 2 minutes or until they turn opaque throughout.
Drain pasta and return to saucepot. Add shrimp mixture and basil to pasta in saucepot. Toss to coat.
