     Sausage Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
2 pounds button mushroom CAPS only
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 pound bulk sage pork sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons melted butter
2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons horseradish
1 teaspoon garlic powder
 
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9x13 baking dish lightly with spray cooking oil. Combine well the cooked sausage with all other ingredients. Take about a tablespoonful of the meat mixture and gently pack into each mushroom cap. Place each mushroom cap into the baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
