     Double Choc-Chip Cookies

Ingredients
125g butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cups caster sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
2 cups plain flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup dark or milk chocolate bits
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180
Place butter, vanilla, sugar, egg, milk, flour, cocoa and baking powder in food processor and process until a soft dough forms
Place dough in a bowl and stir through the chocolate. Shape 2 tablespons of dough into flat rounds and place on lined baking trays.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until deep brown. Or if you prefer, till just hardened, so that they're nice and fudgy :)
