Ingredients
8 oz green moong dal
1.2 oz rice
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp ginger
Pinch turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
Ghee or oil for frying
 

Instructions
Soak green moong dal and rice together for 3 hrs in enough water to cover. Drain and grind with green chilli,ginger and turmeric to a coarse batter,add cumin seeds
Heat oil on tawa,and spread batter to make a thin pancake,cook till golden brown,lift off the pan
