Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Put tenderloin in plastic
container, pour marinade over meat, cover, and refrigerate at least
2 hours.
Heat oven to 475°. Put meat in a shallow roaster pan with no rack.
Pour marinade over meat. Cook 50 - 60 minutes for medium (for 6-7 lbs; if 3-4 lbs, cook
30-35 minutes). Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
Serve with reserved marinade from roasting pan and horseradish sauce.
