     Blackcurrant Jelly with Custard

Ingredients
A packet of blackcurrant Jelly, I used sugar free.
285ml cold water
285 ml of boiling water the recipe is at the back of the packet.
40g pkt of vanilla custard or pudding( Foster Clark's).Recipe is at the back of the packet.
To decorate, coconuts, crushed biscuits and a black grape.
 

Instructions
Make the jelly , pour into small bowls, leave it to cool . Put in fridge to get firm. After some hours when the jelly is firm, make the custard.Leave to cool and set aside. Get the jelly bowls off the fridge and pour custard. Put in fridge again and leave the custard to get firm. Before serving decorate with coconuts and crushed biscuits --)
