     Lemon Squares

Ingredients
1 stick butter or margarine
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup flour
--
--
2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)
1 cup sugar
3 T lemon juice
2 T flour
 
Instructions
Mix with pie blender or fork. Press in well greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Mix 2nd set of ingredients and pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 for 25 min. When warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar. When cool, cut into squares.
