Preheat oven to 375º. Brown and drain meat. Add 1/4 c. water. Add
beans, onion, garlic, 1/2 can of corn and 1 c. cheese. Spread in
bottom of 1.5 qt casserole dish. Mix corn muffin mix according to
package directions. Mix in corn and remaining cheese. Spread over
meat mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. To
double, bake in 9 X 13 dish
