     Plum black pepper tarts

Ingredients
4 large plums
1 pkg puff pastry sheets
coarse black pepper
honey
sea salt
1/4 C sugar
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 425 .. Wash and slice plums, Roll out puff pastry and cut sheet into 6 or 8. Place on parchment paper, prick with fork, Layer plums on pastry leaving a small border. Sprinkle with sugar, top with small amount of black pepper. Bake for 20 minutes, rotating pan halfway. Remove from oven and top with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of sea salt
